Refund policy

If we offer a free trial or money-back window, the duration and eligibility will be stated at checkout or in your account. Outside of those promotions, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will investigate and correct verified mistakes.

For extended outages or material failure to deliver paid functionality, we may issue credits or partial refunds at our discretion. This does not cover issues caused by third parties (including your hosting or DNS provider).

You may cancel renewal at any time from account settings where available. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or a stated promotion.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
